Collaborate with me or book a ritual
Bringing a SomaSauna session to your sauna or event is exactly my thing.
This page will give you an idea of what I offer and potential ways to collaborate. I'm also really up for hearing your vision, plans and questions.
Sometimes it's simpler to book in for a call that to have 100 emails bouncing around.

What I offer - session overview
My sessions help people get a different experience of the sauna than a simple session would. I combine modern, evidence based embodiment practices and traditional sauna whisking to guide participants through a journey of senses and season.
It’s simple, yet profound, and often something people have been quietly longing for. Participants leave feeling relaxed but energised, with a sense of presence, belonging, and being more tuned-in to themselves and the world around them.
While some ritual experiences can appeal to quite niche groups, my sessions don't need any esoteric beliefs (no chanting, no chakras) so they're more accessible.See below for some ideas on sessions.
Where are you based? Where do you visit?
I'm on the Somerset/Wilshire border, and can easily visit: North Devon, Dorset, Bristol, Bath, Weymouth, Salisbury, Chichester, London, Brighton, Kent and Bournemouth. Basically, Ye Olde English Wessex!
However, I absolutely love a road trip so let me know where your sauna is and I'll see what I can do. If you have a friendly neighbouring sauna who may also like a visit that can work really well. I can offer a different session at each place if you like, but often take-up for sessions is down to timing so it can be a great option for everyone.
What's your background / experience?
I've been facilitating for over 18 years. I'm a qualified embodiment coach, yoga, hoop dance, and meditation teacher and rope flow coach. I've been sauna-ing since I was a teen (30 years - eek!) and running embodiment and sauna sessions since May 2024. Sauna Master (25 hours) as of August 2025. You can read my CV here.
What type of people come?
There's often a mix of sauna newbies and top bench folk in my sessions.
Some people find it helpful to join their first sauna session with a guide - others wonder what else sauna has to offer beyond their weekly visit, all are welcome here. There’s generally a mix of men and women, creatives, fitness fans, all looking for a way to step into a different mode of being for their time in the sauna. The thread that connects their experience is feeling constantly on and a sense of disconnection.
I also offer "Firey Women' female only sessions.
Pricing and collab options
As a general rule I suggest pricing sessions at double your hourly rate for a standard sauna. That means sessions may be a different price in a different location or sat a community sauna, so it reflects your particular audience and where you're based.
All but one of the recent seasonal sauna sessions held at Wildcat Community Sauna has sold out with a wait list.
I am open to working with the model that suits you best. I know some saunas prefer a straight hourly rate booking, while others value working together on promotion - or I can even handle the bookings for you, all you need to do is link me up from your website. Depending on who's doing what it's normally a 60/40 or 70/30 split of takings.
My sauna / event isn't somewhere in nature - will it still work?
Yes, a huge resounding yes. Because there's always something alive and there's always a way to connect with the elements.
On the day...
I arrive an hour before session to get famliar with the space, check in wirth your sauna hosts and get sure up for session.
At the end of the session I will sweep the sauna so it's all set for your next guests.
If you're open to it, I love to send a follow-up email to participants to check how they are landing and offer some at-home practices and ways to offer feedback.
Next steps
If you have a specific date in mind for a ritual, just send me an email and let me know where, when and how many people and I'll get back with you as soon as I can to let you know if I'm available.
Sometimes a call is easier than all the emails, just let me know if you'd prefer a zoom or whatsapp voice call. Book a call

Kind words
“I went in not knowing what to expect exactly, but it was even better than I ever thought. So refreshing. It definitely helped me to feel alive and safe in my body. The scent of bushes was incredible, adding a sense of aromatherapy. Honestly it was an incredible, full immersive, compassionate space.”
